Fatoumata is the owner of the beauty salon Mariam Hair Braiding. She operated the business for 22+ years and once expanding the business to 3 shops. Fatoumata also started managing the day to day operations of her son's furniture wholesale business, which led to the generation of multiple clients in Guinea.

Ousmane with a degree in finance worked as a financial analyst for 2 years in private equity, before starting his own tech company. Founder of the higher education collaboration platform PeerChecked, Ousmane successfully created a platform to solve problems he experienced as a college student.
